ABERDEEN, S.D. – The 2018 Create ‘N’: A Festival Celebrating Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Innovation and Workforce will take place Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Northern State University.
The event will run 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the NSU Johnson Fine Arts Center. Keynote speakers are as follows:
Dr. Art Diamond: An author and lecturer, Diamond has graduate degrees in philosophy and in economics from the University of Chicago and is currently writing a book entitled “Openness to Creative Destruction: Sustaining Innovative Dynamism,” to be published by Oxford University Press.
Darrell D. Dorrell: Dorrell is an author and one of the first forensic accountants working with the FBI on alter ego, anti-trust, bankruptcy, breach of contract, conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, estate/gift taxes, family law, financial forensics, forensic accounting, fraud, fraudulent conveyance/transfer intellectual property, lost profits, money laundering, patent, solvency/insolvency, trademark, trade dress, and trade secrets, among others.
Ron Gulaskey: Gulaskey, AVP National Account Sales and Trade Relations for Celebrity Cruises, will present on the entrepreneurs that started Royal Caribbean out of a trailer at the Port of Miami.
A local panel of entrepreneurs will also share their experiences and answer questions.
